Terry Blake leads TSO’s technology team which is made up of more than 70 developers and PRINCE2 qualified project managers with capability in all the key web development tools. The team includes semantic web specialists who have contributed to some of the key semantic web developments in government. Terry has more than 20 years experience of providing technical solutions in publishing gained through the implementation of a large number of enterprise level publishing systems for a range of public and private sector organisations.

Richard South has responsibility for Business Development and for the digital publishing services provided on behalf of the House of Lords and Commons and The National Archives. One of Richard’s primary focuses is applying the latest TSO digital capabilities to re-engineer and simplify transactional processes and unlock data to improve re-use, enhancing both cost-efficiency and ease of accessibility. Richard joined TSO from Government in 1998 and has worked with many of our clients to deliver innovative solutions.

Jeremy Hook is TSO’s Publishing Services Director with responsibility for client engagement, publishing processes and production and end user sales and marketing. His team manages our many UK Government client relationships and provides a full lifecycle of solutions, from content creation and capture to multi-format delivery and multi-channel dissemination. Jeremy joined TSO in 1998 and has 20 years experience in strategy and client management.

Andrew Allen is responsible for publishing services to all our clients and manages our contract with UK Parliament. Under his direction teams deliver electronic and print production services, bibliography and ecatalogues. Andrew has 20 years’ experience in the printing and publishing industry covering private, public and financial sectors and has extensive knowledge and experience of electronic media and print systems.

Lucy de Best is our Commissioning Director, responsible for the strategic development of content across all of our client portfolios. Lucy manages a team of content commissioning editors who are dedicated to creating and developing user-centred content aligned with client objectives and publishing it in multiple formats. Lucy has a proven track record of delivering complex content projects and managing internal and external teams – including a global network of authors and content reviewers.

Paul Allard has many years experience in print and publishing and has responsibility for TSO’s service delivery function, including editorial, graphic design and a team of experienced service delivery executives who control and co-ordinate the specification, production and delivery of multi-media publishing, print, and print related items. Advice is available to clients on the most appropriate and cost effective solution for a wide range of publishing projects.

Ashley Dampier is TSO’s Sales and Marketing Director with responsibility for leading the teams that develop sales channels to market, market the products we produce for our clients and deliver excellent customer service. This includes building digital sales channels for our market-leading products through online retailers and app stores. Ashley has 15 years experience of the publishing industry and has sold to all of the major book retailers, wholesalers and agents in the UK and worldwide.

Peter Gutteridge is our Cataloguing Manager and has almost 30 years experience in information management. Peter's detailed knowledge of government, parliamentary and statutory publishing ensures that TSO's bibliographic data is accurate and reliable. Peter has an MSc in Information Science and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
