Case-studies: publishing
British Retail Consortium (BRC) is the leading trade association representing all retailers, from large multiples to independents and TSO has been providing publishing, design and print services to the BRC since 2002, playing an integral part in the success of the BRC Global Standards scheme.
The new Life in the UK test will begin on 25 March 2013. The new test will be based on the new handbook, Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents, 3rd Edition published by TSO on behalf of the Home Office on 28 January 2013.
The Gazettes are complex publications with over 5,000 customers placing more than 200,000 notices each year and TSO has worked closely with The National Archives to introduce a sophisticated electronic processing system, conforming to the e-government priority of opening up public data.
The Hansard (Official Report) provides an edited record of what was said in Parliament and NIA. It also includes votes, written ministerial statements and written answers to House of Commons and House of Lords parliamentary questions. The report is published to cover the preceding day and is followed by a final bound volume version.
