Richard walks through the challenges of Government organisation, standardisation and inevitable differences as a result of its size, dealing with the varied grading structure.

There were a number of constraints to deal with, from the system workarounds, and processes put in place to help deal with the mechanics of Government. Finding activities users could learn to do for themselves to avoid future manual intervention.
