TSO attending National Digital Conference and Digital Leaders 100 awards

On 18th June digital leaders from across the public sector will be coming together to discuss the role people play in digital transformation at the National Digital Conference and to recognise this year's Digital Leaders 100.

TSO will be at the National Digital Conference at the Congress Centre in London on June 18th 2014.

The theme of this year’s conference is “empowering people” - putting people at the heart of the opportunities that digital can deliver across public services and ensuring they have the skills and capability to secure the dividend from digital into the next Parliament.

Holly Ellis, Business Development Director for TSO, will be delivering a talk on how The UK’s oldest public record, The Gazette, has been transformed. Driven by user-centred design and underpinned by an open API, www.thegazette.co.uk empowers users to discover, reuse and repurpose official content and millions of notices from The National Archives. Holly will tell the story of this redevelopment, the challenges and learnings.

You can register for the conference here: http://www.nd14.co.uk/

We look forward to seeing you there.

On the evening of June 18th the results of the Digital Leaders 100 will be announced. We are particularly pleased to see John Sheridan, Head of Legislation Services at The National Archives in the Central Government Official category, recognised for his work on transforming the way legislation and official information is published and his focus on accessible and re-usable government information.
