TSO services available through new Digital Services Framework

Government organisations can now procure TSO’s software engineering, content design and development and user research services through the Government Digital Services Framework.

The framework was launched in November and is based on the approach detailed in the Government Service Design Manual and complies with the Digital by Default Standard

TSO can provide the following digital roles through the framework:

■   Developer

■   Technical Architect

■   Content designer

■   Researcher

The roles are available across all regional locations and all Agile project phases: Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.

Through the framework TSO can support public sector organisations with software engineering and ongoing support; content design and development and user research to deliver successful digital projects.
