Williams Lea appoints CEO for new Public Sector business

Marco Pierleoni appointed as CEO to lead new business combining Public Sector activities of TSO and Williams Lea.

Williams Lea, the global provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Marketing Services has announced the creation of a new business division combining all Williams Lea’s Public Sector-focussed activities. The new business comprises the services delivered by Williams Lea under the Government Print Vendor Partner (PVP) contract alongside the publishing solutions provided by TSO, integrated under a common management team.

The new business will be led by Marco Pierleoni. Marco was previously CEO of The Land Registry and Director General Commercial and Finance at Ministry of Justice. He brings extensive experience at the heart of central Government as well as in the private sector.

In his role Marco will continue to develop Williams Lea’s position as an expert partner for Government communications, managing end-to-end delivery to engage with audiences through multiple channels. Williams Lea’s in-depth understanding of the Government agenda combined with wide-ranging communication capabilities provides a unique platform for the new business.
