The auditors, British Standards Institute (BSI), have awarded TSO its ISO 9001 re-certification for the next three years after visiting both London Parliamentary Press and Norwich St Crispins sites during April to carry out a routine strategic review of our quality management system.

BSI routinely audit ‘Quality Management Systems’ to determine the effectiveness of their operating procedures, performance analysis, customer satisfaction, internal audit, continuous improvement and management review.

After three days of continuous assessment, and reviews across a wide range of departments, BSI are happy with the integrity of the organisation and to approve our re-certification.

TSO Compliance Manager Jamie Slater commented: ‘The independent audit process by third party auditors, British Standards Institute, is an integral part of our accreditation achievement. Everyone involved at TSO should take pride in our re-certification - the demands of the independent audit process clearly identify the effectiveness of the TSO Quality Management System and the controls we adhere to. Re-certification gives our customers the confidence in our work and the knowledge TSO achieves the high quality standards they require.’

The first phase of the next three year continuous cycle of audit begins later this year.
