TSO retains QCDA contract
TSO has been successful in retaining the contract to provide the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) with a wide range of publishing and information management services including:
- Warehousing and fulfilment
- Order-taking and customer services
- Print on demand
- Bibliographics
- Web design
- Website maintenance and hosting
- Data capture
- Finance and cash handling services.
The new contract will run for three years, with the option for a two year extension. As part of the contract TSO is responsible for delivering cost efficiencies, including the migration from conventional order methods (including phone, email and fax) to electronic ordering via the dedicated QCDA orderline
and the move from cheque payments to credit cards and BACS.
