TSO is in the top 2% of companies for customer services

TSO is delighted to announce that, in the results of our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey, our customers have given us an overall satisfaction score of 92.3% an increase of 6.9% on the 2007 result, demonstrating our dedication to providing customers with excellent service.

The annual survey was completed during October and November 2008 by The Leadership Factor, independent experts in customer satisfaction measurement. It used a sample of 348 customers who have ordered publications from TSO and represented orders placed using all of our sales channels.

The survey covers 13 customer requirements which cover the ordering and fulfillment process from placing an order, through delivery of the items to after sales support. Our satisfaction ratings increased year on year in each of the 13 categories.

The Leadership Factor has benchmarked our overall satisfaction score of 92.3% as being in the top 2% of over 500 companies surveyed within the supply and distribution sector.
