JCT Contracts

JCT Logo Sweet and Maxwell has joined forces with the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) to publish all JCT's building contracts and documentation. A new suite of contracts (known as JCT 05) launches in May.

This will provide you with revised and updated versions of the key building and construction contracts published by JCT, along with new contracts as and when they are issued.

These contracts have been extensively redesigned, rebranded and colour-coded, making it easy to select the contract, sub contract or guide that's most appropriate for you.

The JCT 05 suite consists of contract families made up of main contracts and sub contracts, together with other documents that can be used across certain contract families. The families cover a whole range of scenarios which arise in the construction industry.
