Our complaints procedure
We will
acknowledge receipt of your complaint and investigate it.
We aim to
respond within five working days with either a full or preliminary answer
depending on the complexity of the enquiry.
1st level
If you feel
the response is insufficient, contact our Planning Control Manager via
one of the routes above.
2nd level
If, after having received a
response at the first level, you remain dissatisfied, contact our
Operations Manager via one of the above routes.
