Pennie Alford
Area of Expertise
Pennie is responsible for customer services and managing third-party customer service contracts on behalf of TSO clients.
She joined TSO in 1997 from a large London-based utility where she was a senior manager, responsible for staff covering a wide range of essential customer service activities.
Terry Blake
Areas of Expertise
As ePublishing Director, Terry is responsible for shaping and delivering new publishing service solutions.
He has sixteen years' experience of providing technical solutions for publishing problems. Before joining TSO, Terry was Managing Director of Abbey Information Systems (AIS), a specialist electronic publishing consultancy. AIS was acquired by TSO in 2000.
Terry was instrumental in the development of ActiveText™, TSO’s content management system. ActiveText™ adopts the best practice in editorial and publishing, developed through our many years of building editorial and publishing systems.
Lisa
Hallett
Area of Expertise
Lisa joined TSO in 1997 and has more than 20 years of marketing experience in various industries. She joined TSO from Hoseasons Holidays where she was responsible for all direct marketing activity including national press advertising, TV, PR and direct mail.
Lisa leads TSO's team of marketing specialists who deliver a comprehensive range of marketing activities including email marketing, direct mail, advertising, online and search marketing, sales support, PR and events. Lisa holds professional qualifications from the Institute of Direct Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Richard South
Areas of Expertise
Richard joined TSO in 1998 and was responsible for marketing and client services before becoming Director, Official Publishing in 2006. He has responsibility for TSO’s publishing services for the Houses of Lords and Commons, HMSO and OPSI. The portfolio includes Hansard, the London Gazette and Command and House papers.
