Chairman of TSO - Miles Toulson-Clarke

Miles joined Williams Lea as Director in 1991, taking on the role of Director of Operations in 1992 with overall responsibility for all on-site client facilities. In 1994, he became Director of Group Operations, responsible for Group-wide operational activity and was appointed to the Williams Lea Board. In 2003, Miles became UK Managing Director and, while retaining full responsibility for Group Operations in the UK, also coordinated the development of Williams Lea's emerging businesses in design, digital production and e-print sourcing. Miles is Chairman of TSO and also has responsibility for business development at Williams Lea, driving key account growth across the US, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Chief Executive Officer - Richard Dell

Richard joined TSO in 1997 after ten years with Ernst & Young, working principally in corporate finance. He joined as Financial Controller to the publishing division, becoming Finance Director in 1999. In 2001 he was appointed to the TSO Board as Chief Financial Officer and he became Chief Executive Officer in 2006.

Executive Director - Jeremy Hook

Jeremy joined TSO in 1998 from American Express where he was Sales & Marketing Director for the Dollar Card in Europe and Advertising Director in the UK. Initially running TSO’s marketing department, he became MD Publishing Services responsible for end user sales channels and client engagement with both private and public sector clients. In 2008 Jeremy joined TSO’s parent company, Williams Lea, as Client Services Director managing on-site and off-site teams for some of the biggest European financial services clients. Returning to TSO in 2011 Jeremy now manages client engagement with government departments and agencies and the full complement of TSO sales channels.

Client Services Director - Richard South

Richard joined TSO in 1998 after working in Government in the Cabinet Office, CSO and ONS; he became TSO’s Marketing Director in 2000 and Client Services Director in 2002. In 2006, Richard took responsibility for TSO’s Official Publishing clients and has brought together account responsibility for all TSO’s services to TNA and Parliament including the current Legislation publishing contract. Richard is deeply committed to the successful delivery of TSO services to his clients and takes a close personal interest in developing new solutions, implementation and delivery.

Technical Services Director - Terry Blake

Terry has more 20 years experience of providing technical solutions in publishing and content management. Formerly, as Managing Director of Abbey Information Systems (AIS) he was responsible for the design and development of ActiveTextTM , a publishing content management system. Following TSO’s acquisition of AIS in 2000, Terry established TSO Content Solutions as a new independent division within TSO specialising in developing cross-media publishing solutions. Terry was appointed Technical Services Director in 2009 and now has a wide ranging role covering the shaping and delivery of new publishing service solutions and publishing platforms for TSO clients.

Marketing Director - Lisa Hallett

Lisa joined TSO in 1997, having gained marketing experience in a range of industries including financial services, publishing and leisure. She has led marketing at TSO since 2006 and as Marketing Director has responsibility for marketing TSO's solutions and publications, new product development and our online shop. Lisa is particularly passionate about the use of digital channels and formats.
